Land Management

Pembroke Resources aims to manage land responsibly throughout the lifecycle of the project through ongoing land rehabilitation, biodiversity management and being considerate of the needs of the local community.

Olive Downs has a well-defined closure plan, which supports a responsible exit. The plan includes the rehabilitation of land while the mine is operating and involves the development of natural, stable landforms and measures to ensure the return of local flora and fauna.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no degradation of natural habitats and biodiversity. We will provide environmental offset areas and adhere to and go beyond the requirements of relevant regulations while also being mindful of the cultural heritage of the region’s indigenous people.
