With over 18 years of experience in the mining industry, Geoff has spent eight years working within owners’ teams and ten years as a contractor across multiple operations throughout Australia.

As Head of Technical Services at the Olive Downs Mine, Geoff oversees the entire technical function, from exploration drilling through to life-of-mine and closure planning. Since joining the Pembroke Olive Downs in 2021, he has been dedicated to driving excellence and long-term value across all technical operations.

Geoff is passionate about shaping sustainable and innovative mining solutions by solving complex challenges and identifying opportunities. His leadership ensures that the technical function continues to deliver optimal outcomes for the operation and its future.
