A mining engineer by trade, Tom brings over 12 years of experience leading Technical Services and Production teams across the Bowen Basin in both owner and contractor environments. His career has given him a strong foundation in open-cut coal mining, with expertise spanning mine planning, production optimisation, and operational leadership.

Tom joined Pembroke in 2023, taking on the role of Site Senior Executive during the construction of the Olive Downs Mine. In his current role as Operations Manager, he plays a key role in maximising operational value, balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic objectives. He is passionate about uncovering hidden value through innovative thinking and practical problem-solving.
