Ben brings over 15 years of senior legal and commercial experience across Australia’s mining and resources sector. Before joining Pembroke Olive Downs, he held key roles with Wesfarmers and Coronado Global Resources, including five years as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Coronado. There, he led the ASX listing, major debt refinancing and M&A transactions that extended the mine’s life.
He has also worked with PanAust, Wesfarmers Resources and held executive roles at Wiggins Island and North Queensland export terminals. Ben’s expertise spans M&A, governance, finance, compliance and infrastructure, providing deep insight into Queensland’s mining value chain.
At Pembroke Olive Downs, he delivers strategic legal leadership that ensures commercial clarity, regulatory certainty and strong governance.
